This is a dynamic, hands-on role combining customer service, sales, and operational coordination within the airline cargo industry. You will play a key role in supporting the commercial function while ensuring seamless day-to-day service delivery to customers and airline principle.
Key responsibilities
Provide day-to-day customer service support to freight forwarders and key clients
Support the sales team with quotations, rate checks, and booking coordination
Process bookings and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time
Act as a key liaison between customers, airline partners, and ground handling agents (GHA)
Monitor shipments and proactively manage service issues & exceptions
Maintain strong client relationships to support retention and business growth
Assist in identifying opportunities to support revenue and volume growth
Ensure all systems, reports, and communications are updated accurately
About you
Experience in customer service, sales support, or logistics (2–4 years preferred)
Experience in air cargo, freight forwarding, or airline workplace is highly regarded
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Ability to work in a fast-paced,
