The operation continues to expand underground, with several mining areas successfully transitioning from development into production.

The Role
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor - Fixed Plant, you will play a key role in maintaining the reliability of the processing plant by carrying out preventative, planned and breakdown maintenance on fixed plant equipment.
Working as part of a collaborative maintenance team, you will contribute to safe and efficient operations while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across site.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct planned, preventative and breakdown maintenance on fixed plant equipment across the processing plant and site infrastructure
Diagnose faults and perform repairs on mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems to maximise equipment reliability and minimise downtime
Complete inspections,



condition monitoring and asset reporting to support safe and efficient plant performance
Assist with shutdowns and major repair activities while ensuring compliance with site safety procedures and statutory requirements
Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance equipment performance and maintenance practices
The successful candidate will possess:
Trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting and Machining
Demonstrated experience maintaining and repairing fixed plant equipment within a mining, processing, industrial or heavy industry environment
Strong fault-finding, diagnostic and maintenance experience across mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Current WA "C" Class Driver's Licence
High Risk Work Licences including Forklift, Basic Rigging and Franna operation (highly advantageous)
Demonstrated commitment to protected work practices, inspection techniques and preventative maintenance activities
