Responsibilities of this role include:
Assist with inductions, training & coaching the café team
Adhere to company health and safety procedures
Key Selection Criteria




Experience supervising in a hospitality role
Excellent leadership & communication skills and can-do attitude
Employment is subject to a satisfactoryNationalPolicecheck, and a current employee Working with Children check.
The successful applicant will also require current CPR qualification (or be willing to obtain).
