Nursing or allied health recruitment experience is not essential.

The role
Your focus will be on growing the business, developing the team and ensuring the state delivers against its financial and operational goals.
You'll have an established platform to build on, with opportunities to strengthen existing accounts and win new business.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and delivering the state's growth strategy across temporary and permanent recruitment.
Leading business development, opening doors to new clients and expanding existing relationships.
Managing the P&L;, budgets, forecasts and commercial performance.
Coaching and developing the team, building capability and supporting individual performance.
Setting clear goals and maintaining accountability for results.
Strengthening relationships with key clients and managing preferred supplier agreements.
Overseeing day‐to‐day operations, service quality, compliance and process improvement.
Planning team capacity and hiring to support sustainable growth.
