Our Regional Midwifery Group Practice (MGP), established in **** as the first of its kind in Central Queensland, is one of Queensland's longest-running programmes.

About the role: Lead with confidence: Provide expert clinical leadership, support high-quality patient care, and champion safe, evidence-based nursing practices.
Make safety a priority: Promote a culture of quality improvement, identify and manage risks, and ensure clinical practices meet CQ Health standards and professional guidelines.
Support and inspire your team: Mentor, educate and develop nursing staff and students, encourage professional growth, and help build a positive, supportive workplace.
Collaborate: Work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager and multidisciplinary team to strengthen communication, improve services, and deliver the best possible outcomes for patients and families.
About you: You're a Registered Midwife with current AHPRA registration and a practising certificate.
