Arcare is seeking a Head Chef to lead the dinner service and overall kitchen operations within a leading Australian aged care provider.
You will plan menus, supervise kitchen staff, and ensure high standards of safety and quality while managing inventory and budgets.
You will collaborate with dietitians to analyse nutrition and tailor meals to residents' health needs.
The role is full time, Monday to Friday, on-site at Arcare facilities across VIC.
