You'll own onboarding, adoption, implementation, retention, expansion, and executive governance, coaching CS Managers and partnering with Account Management to lift NRR, GRR and NPS.
Remote-first with teams across Sydney, Brisbane, Hobart and Melbourne.
You will bring 7+ years in senior CS roles, solid cybersecurity fluency, and a track record of driving SaaS outcomes at scale.
