With an extensive national customer base, a robust reputation and an experienced, supportive team, the business is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to help manage and develop its customer relationships.
The Opportunity This is not your typical desk-bound sales role!
You'll be out and about, travelling extensively throughout Australia, visiting customers, building relationships and learning about the fresh produce industry.
Working alongside an experienced team, you'll be given the opportunity to develop your sales skills, gain valuable industry knowledge and become a trusted point of contact for customers across the country.
Your responsibilities will include: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers Travelling throughout Australia to visit growers, packhouses and other fresh produce businesses Identifying new business opportunities and helping grow the company's national presence Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable products and solutions Working closely with an experienced and supportive team Developing your technical product knowledge through ongoing training and mentoring Who Are We Looking For?
We're looking for personality, enthusiasm and potential!
You might currently be working in FMCG sales, territory management,



account management or another customer-facing sales position.
You don't need to know anything about food packaging, we'll help you learn that!
What matters most is that you're: Positive, outgoing and enthusiastic, with a genuine enjoyment of meeting people A natural relationship builder who can communicate confidently with customers Commercially minded, with some previous sales or account management experience Curious, adaptable and eager to learn Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working independently A genuine team player who enjoys being part of a successful business Happy to travel extensively throughout Australia, including regular overnight stays away from home Experience in FMCG, agricultural products, packaging, food manufacturing or fresh produce would be advantageous, but certainly isn't essential.
