Location: Goomburrup – Bunbury WA Hourly rate starting: $***** (plus Super plus NFP Salary Packaging) Job: Hey you! genU is looking for Overnight Sleep - Support Workers who can team up with our customers to help them unleash their full potential.
You will be making a real impact by helping people with disabilities through accommodation and community engagement.
These are overnight sleep rosters of 7 shifts @ 60 hrs per fortnight.

What you'll do Support person-centred plans that identify a customer's life goals and working to achieve them; Support customers in daily living skills such as meal preparation, housekeeping, showering and toileting and medication administration; Ensure positive behaviour support plans are followed; and Administration duties and mandatory reporting What you'll bring Experience in supporting customers with behavioural support plans; An understanding and enthusiasm for working alongside people with disabilities; Ability to manage complex or difficult situations as they arise with patience and maturity; Previous experience medication administration; Willingness to assist with personal care and domestic duties experience; Cert III in Disability, Individual Support or higher (or working towards one)
