Speech Pathologist | Adult Community Caseload $93,000-$100,000 + Super + Performance Bonus | Flexible Working | Coastal NSW An opportunity is available for an experienced Speech Pathologist to join an established community-based allied health team in coastal NSW, approximately hours north of Sydney.
This permanent, full time position offers a predominantly adult NDIS and DVA caseload, flexible working arrangements and the ability to begin your working day directly from home.
About the Role Deliver community-based speech pathology services to clients aged 12 years and over across private homes, aged care facilities, group homes and community settings.
The caseload includes neurological conditions, acquired brain injuries, developmental disabilities and degenerative diseases.
Practical dysphagia experience is essential,



with clinicians possessing at least 6 months of hands-on dysphagia experience encouraged to apply.
Key Duties Conduct speech pathology assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions.
Complete dysphagia assessments and develop mealtime management plans.
Prepare clinical reports, therapy plans and progress documentation.
Work with clients presenting with neurological, degenerative and developmental conditions.
Communicate with families, carers and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
Manage community appointments and clinical documentation efficiently.
