Working alongside the Store Manager, you'll inspire a close-knit team of 8-10 team members, drive outstanding customer experiences, support daily operations, and help achieve sales and performance goals.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Supervisor, Team Leader or Assistant Store Manager who is ready to make an impact in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
We're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, however retail leadership experience will be highly regarded.
What matters most is your ability to coach teams, build a positive culture, and lead from the front.
