Job Description As a Conference and Events Manager, you will play a key role in bringing exceptional events to life at Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour.
From the initial enquiry through to post-event follow-up, you will build strong client relationships,



oversee seamless event delivery and ensure every experience reflects the service and sophistication synonymous with Sofitel.
Reporting to the Director of Conference and Events, you will support the day-to-day operation of the Conference and Events function, inspiring the team to deliver outstanding service while driving commercial performance.
A strong focus will be placed on maximising revenue through upselling, identifying recent business opportunities, supporting forecasting and maintaining accurate reporting across Delphi and Opera.
Working closely with Sales, Revenue, F from preferred-rate artisan coffee to a thoughtfully designed Ambassador dining menu, elevate the everyday.
