Transactional Banking Manager - Accounts
you will report to Yusra Nizar and join the
Transaction Bankingteam
that's doubling down on making a tangible difference to customers while keeping it simple.
As an
Account
Manager
, you will play a pivotal role in delivering seamless, secure, and innovative Transaction Banking solutions for NAB's business customers.
Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:
Conduct regular reviews of transactional banking facilities for suitability and transparency.
Prepare accurate, professional presentations and confidently engage in client meetings.
Analyse processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements leveraging technology.
Collaborate across teams to ensure operational excellence and risk management.




Drive portfolio growth through tailored solutions and proactive relationship management.

You'll need
A strong customer‐first mindset and passion for delivering great experiences
Solid understanding of Account Management and onboarding requirements
Strong understanding of sales and servicing workplace within the B&PB; distribution
Confidence communicating with customers and senior stakeholders
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple transitions concurrently
Proven experience managing a client portfolio and delivering financial solutions
