Key Responsibilities: Assess residents' needs and plan, deliver and evaluate individualised, person-centred nursing care to support their health, wellbeing and quality of life.
Coordinate care with residents, families, colleagues and external service providers to ensure care is responsive, comprehensive and evidence-based.
Promote a safe, high-quality care workplace by contributing to quality improvement, risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide clinical guidance and support to Enrolled Nurses,



Assistants in Nursing and students, fostering teamwork, professional development and best practice.
Who Are We Looking For?

You will have current registration, or eligibility for registration, as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, with a current practising certificate.
