What will your typical day look like?
Every day you'll build your skills and knowledge through practical, hands-on experience.
You'll work alongside professionals who are experts in their field, contribute to real client projects, and build your capability through feedback and support.
As a Graduate in the ARA team, you'll: Work as part of multi-disciplined team in areas such as financial and management reporting, regulatory compliance and accounting advice Get immediate exposure working on critical client projects which have a lasting impact on the health, economy, defence and security of Australia Work with our clients in an advisory capacity to make their finance functions more productive and effective You won't be expected to know everything from day one.
You'll be supported through structured learning, feedback and collaboration.
