Experience with root cause analysis, continuous improvement and quality methodologies.
Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), process capability and variation reduction techniques.
Experience implementing mistake-proofing (Poka-Yoke) solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and drive outcomes.
Highly Regarded Experience working in a Six Sigma environment.
Formal training in Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, Lean or Six Sigma.
