This opportunity would suit a façade qualified who enjoys taking ownership of projects, combining technical design and problem-solving with client engagement and delivery.
You will contribute to a varied portfolio of new and existing buildings across Australia, working closely with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
The role Your responsibilities will include: Managing façade design and performance requirements from initial design through construction, installation and handover Undertaking façade inspections on new and existing buildings,



documenting findings and advising on practical solutions Coordinating with architects, consultant design teams, clients, subcontractors and suppliers Resolving technical challenges and supporting the successful delivery of façade packages Maintaining clear communication across project teams and managing competing priorities About you We are looking for someone with: Proven experience delivering façade or building envelope projects Strong technical knowledge and project management skills Confident communication skills and the ability to develop productive working relationships A practical approach to problem-solving and a collaborative working style Initiative, curiosity and a willingness to continue developing your expertise If you are looking for a Melbourne-based opportunity with varied projects and responsibility across the full façade lifecycle, we would love to hear from you.
