I'm recruiting for an established workplace Design & Construct business looking for someone to take ownership of its proposals function.
They need someone who can manage the process, work closely with different teams and make sure every submission is well written, visually considered and competitive.
You'll also have a Proposal and Graphics Coordinator working with you, so there's an opportunity to guide someone who's still developing their experience.

What you'll be doing
Manage proposals and submissions from start to finish
Coordinate input from design, construction and wider teams




Develop and review written content
Oversee graphics, layouts and presentation quality
Manage deadlines and competing priorities
Guide and develop the Proposal and Graphics Coordinator
Ensure submissions are accurate, consistent and competitive
What they're looking for
Proposals, bids or submissions experience within Construction and/or Design
Proposal Manager, Bid Manager or Submissions Manager background
Strong Senior Proposal Coordinators ready to step up considered
Excellent writing and communication skills
A really good eye for graphics and visual presentation
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Comfortable working autonomously in a busy environment
Confidence guiding and supporting a junior team member
Full, unrestricted Australian working rights (no sponsorship available) and currently residing in Australia
