Australian Office – Senior Quantity Surveyor
We are seeking a Senior QS to join our team in Brisbane.
In this role you will be working on a range of sectors and projects throughout Australia and the South Pacific.
Reporting to the Directors, you must have:
Minimum 5-10 years industry experience
Degree or equivalent experience in Quantity Surveying
MRICS or MAIQS accreditation
Excellent negotiation and client facing skills
Pre and post contract and cost management with limited Senior Management intervention
Advanced CostX knowledge
Excellent Measurement & Quantification skills in line with ANZSMM
Procurement and tendering experience
Experience taking ownership and responsibility of projects from start to finish
Salary will be competitive dependent on experience.
We have offices in the United Kingdom, Australia and Papua Recent Guinea.
