The Fetch team are seeking experiencedProcessing Supervisors for an incredible opportunity to work with a key client on an ******* roster on a WA minesite.

About the role:
FIFO ******* Roster basedin WA
Ensuring and paving the way for a protected work culture and successful operations
Delivery and coordination of a team to achieve production targets
Work closely with maintenance andmanagement to ensure optimum production and reduced down time
Develop your operations team and drive positive culture
Experience Required:
3-5 + years proven experience in a similar role in Processing
High quality communication skills with a malleable leadership style




Ability to work in a changing and dynamic environment
Prior Nickel, Lithium, Copper, Zinc, Lead or Rare Earths experience is desirable.
Experience on mineral processing plants with flotation, primary & secondary crushing, grinding circuits is essential.
S26 Qualification is essential
Additional Requirements:
Must be able to pass a pre emplyment medical and drug and alcohol screen
Must have a valid drivers licence
