Allura Partners in Brisbane is seeking a Level 2 Support Engineer for our Managed Services team. This full‐time, permanent role sits in Brisbane or South East Queensland, offering hybrid work with 2 days in the office and 3 remote, and a salary up to $110,000 plus super.
You will resolve escalations from Level 1, mentor Level 1 engineers, support Windows, macOS, networking, Microsoft 365, Azure and security platforms, and maintain documentation while delivering proactive service to clients
