Position Details:

nType: Temporary ongoing role with potential for permanent employmentn
nShifts: Various shifts available, including:n
nDay Shift: 07:00n
nAfternoon Shift: 12:00n
nLocation: Mascot, NSWn
nKey Responsibilities:n
n n
nPrepare, cook, and assemble meals according to specific flight and dietary requirementsn
nFollow recipes and production instructions meticulously to ensure consistency and qualityn
nPerform manual handling tasks, including repetitive lifting of up to 25kg, safely and efficientlyn
nMaintain strict adherence to HACCP and OHS policies to ensure a safe and compliant working environmentn




nWork efficiently under tight deadlines, adjusting to schedule changes seamlesslyn
nManage production volumes, stock levels, and ingredient quantities accuratelyn
nConduct ongoing quality control checks throughout the meal preparation processn
nSupervise and support Catering Assistants, fostering teamwork and high standards of servicen
Qualifications and Skills:

nCertificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalentn
nProven recent experience in high-volume kitchens or food manufacturing environmentsn
nAbility to complete a 2-hour onsite trial to demonstrate skillsn
nFlexibility to work rotating shifts, including on-call and overtime as requiredn
nAbility to pass Medical and Police Checks requiredn
nFull working rights in Australian
nStrong work ethic with reliability, initiative, and a positive attituden
