About the role n




As part of our Trinity team, you will:

Create engaging, meaningful and fun learning experiences for children
n
Build warm, nurturing and trusting relationships with children and families
n
Support children's learning, development and wellbeing
n
Work collaboratively with fellow educators to create a positive learning environment
n
Contribute to the daily routines and smooth operation of the centre
n
Bring enthusiasm, creativity and a positive attitude to each day
n
About you n
We are looking for someone who brings more than just qualifications — someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and being part of a team.
n
Our ideal candidate will have:
n
n
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent)
n
A genuine passion for working with children
n
A positive, enthusiastic and proactive attitude
n
Strong teamwork and communication skills
n
Confidence in supporting children's learning and daily routines
n
A willingness to help, take initiative and support colleagues
n
Reliability, kindness and a robust work ethic
n
A current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one before commencing)
