Engineering & Service Manager
with a background in Industrial Engineering to join our dynamic team on a
full-time basis

based in Sydney
in Australia.

Reporting to the BU manager, you will be responsible for managing the team of FSE, participating in Customer Relationships Management plans to meet revenue target; supporting sales and managing test center.
The main tasks of this role are: n
n
Manage the FSE team and be a technical escalation point to enable their missions.
n
Participate in customer relationship management (CRM) plans to meet revenue targets:



organize and manage meeting with clients to understand their requirement and present them offers for services, upgrades and parts.
n
Support Equipment sales with technical expertise: Participate in customer meeting to support current machines sales; provide technical advise to customers.
n
Manage the test center: coordinate the planning, preparation, performance and reporting on customers trials in the test center ensuring samples are reviewed and performances verified.
n
Share and adopt best practicies with Test Center teams, retex on existing and new applications.
n
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in technical areas
n
Technical knowledge: mechanical, electro technical or industrial machines
n
Knowledge of industrials process
n
Reporting and synthesis
n
Excellent communication skills in English, and French (to communicate with our HQ)
n
Ability to persist in the face of challenges to meet deadlines.
n
Team mindset
n
Adaptability & ability to analyze/problem solving.
n
Education requirements: n
n
Master's degree in mechanical engineering or other relevant discipline.
