Aqua Milsons Point is recruiting for multiple kitchen roles to join the opening team in November ****. Positions include Senior Sous Chef, Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef and Chefs de Partie, all full-time and based in Sydney's Aqua venue.
Candidates should bring solid leadership, HACCP, food cost control, and experience in high-volume or hatted kitchens. Training toward opening week will be provided as part of the onboarding process.
