Uniting NSW.ACT seeks an experienced aged care Registered Nurse to work permanent night duty shifts at Lane Cove service. One week 4 nights, the other week 5 nights, 22:15–7:15. Not-for-profit with solid career progression opportunities.
You'll lead care planning, conduct clinical assessments, liaise with doctors and families, supervise Personal Care Workers, and practice holistically to meet residents' goals while supporting the team.
