YMCA Victoria is seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator for Howmans Gap Alpine Discovery Camp near Falls Creek. You will lead and deliver outdoor education programs, supervise staff, volunteers and placement students, and ensure program quality and safety.
The role requires solid leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with schools and community groups. A Level 2 First Aid & CPR, a current drivers licence, and relevant outdoor education
