Enemix is seeking a senior property lawyer to own the land pipeline from first option through to closing. You will lead end-to-end land acquisitions across a rapid-growing development portfolio and work closely with the development team to secure the right land at the right time.
You will draft and negotiate option deeds, drive exercise and closings, and provide commercial guidance on planning, approvals and land use.
