We are seeking an experienced Gaming Manager to join Upper Ross Hotel. This role focuses on overseeing all gaming operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and driving revenue growth within the Albury location.
Responsibilities:
Lead day‐to‐day gaming operations, including staff scheduling and performance management.
Maintain strict compliance with all local, state, and national gaming regulations.
Forge partnerships with vendors, suppliers, and local authorities to enhance service offerings.
Analyze gaming metrics and develop strategies to optimize profitability.
Provide leadership and mentorship to gaming staff.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Gaming Manager or equivalent role.
Deep knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance standards.
Robust leadership and team‐management skills.
