Discover Nursing Australia is seeking a friendly Disability Support Worker to provide 1:1 community access support to a female participant in Seville. You will help her get out, stay connected and enjoy activities that matter to her.
Responsibilities include accompanying her to cafés, shopping, appointments, parks and leisure activities, building rapport and promoting independence. Required: Certificate III in Individual Support, police check, first aid, driver's licence and insured vehicle.
