n Business Development Managernnn A growing specialist provider of alternative power and battery energy solutions is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across major projects throughout Australia.nnn This is a newly created opportunity to join a business that is investing heavily in battery energy storage technology and supporting some of Australia's largest construction, civil infrastructure, mining, rail, tunnelling and industrial projects.nnn The role is suited to a commercially minded sales professional who enjoys building long-term client relationships, identifying new opportunities and working closely with project stakeholders to deliver practical solutions.nnnnn The Prospectnnn Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will be responsible for:nn
n
Developing new business opportunities across construction, civil, infrastructure, mining and industrial sectors
n
Building relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors, project teams and key decision makers
n
Managing strategic sales opportunities from initial engagement through to commercial close
n
Growing existing accounts while identifying new revenue opportunities
n
Working closely with technical and operational teams to ensure successful project delivery
n
Maintaining accurate sales activity, pipeline reporting and forecasts through CRM systems
n
Representing the business at client meetings, site visits,



industry events and project discussions
n
nnnn About Younnn We are interested in speaking with candidates who have:nn
n
Proven business development or sales experience within construction, equipment hire, temporary power, industrial services, engineering solutions or related industries
n
Strong commercial and relationship management skills
n
Experience selling into major projects or project-based environments
n
An ability to engage confidently with both operational and executive stakeholders
n
A consultative and professional sales style
n
High levels of autonomy, drive and accountability
n
nn Experience within battery energy storage, power generation, electrical solutions, renewable energy, equipment rental or industrial infrastructure will be highly regarded but is not essential.nnnnn What's on Offernn
