The CareSide in Mount Waverley, VIC, is seeking a compassionate Care Manager to coordinate high-quality home care services. You will work with clients, families and support teams to maintain care plans and deliver personalised support.
Candidates with nursing, OT, social work, aged care or community care backgrounds are encouraged to apply; a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support is desirable. This is a full time role at our head office.
