Our client is a well regarded professional services organisation known for its collaborative culture, strong leadership and commitment to employee development.
Due to a parental leave cover requirement, they are seeking a Learning & Capability Senior Consultant to join their People & Culture team on a 12 month contract.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development & Culture, you'll play a key role in delivering engaging learning and capability initiatives across the business.
This is a broad, hands on position suited to an experienced L&D; skilled who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, facilitating learning experiences and managing programs from concept through to delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
Design, coordinate and facilitate leadership, capability and career development programs
Deliver engaging virtual and face to face workshops and learning experiences
Develop learning resources, e-learning modules and supporting materials
Manage learning initiatives from planning and stakeholder engagement through to evaluation
Support LMS administration,



reporting and learner engagement
Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to identify capability needs and deliver practical learning solutions
Measure program effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
About you
You are a relationship focused Learning & Development professional who enjoys creating engaging learning experiences and working across a variety of programs.
You will bring:
Experience in Learning & Development, Capability or Organisational Development roles
Strong facilitation skills across both virtual and face to face environments
Experience designing, delivering and evaluating learning programs
Exposure to LMS administration and learning technologies
Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills
The ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast paced environment
Experience working within a professional services or matrix environment will be highly regarded
