We have two exciting opportunities which could be based in Sydney or Melbourne for experienced Recruitment Consultants or Senior Recruitment Consultants within our:
Associations & Memberships team (Temporary and Permanent desk available)
Charities / Not for Profit team (Temporary and Permanent desks available)
You will be joining a team of dedicated specialists within either sector with strong client relationships in place to hit the ground running.
Your key responsibilities include
Maintain and growrelationshipswithin existing clients
Proactive business developmentandbuildnew client relationships
Take recruitment briefs, write job ads,screenand interview jobseekers
Headhunt, talent pool andmaintainup to date database of potential candidates
Organise interviews, reference checks and manage job offers
Build candidate and client attraction strategies.
Establish yourself as a market expert, providinga highlevelof client and candidate care as an industry specialist
Maintain complianceand keepinternal CRM up to date.
About you
Demonstrated recruitment experience recruiting for Business Support, Finance, HR, CPD & Training, Education or similar
Prior experience recruiting for Association & Membership organisations or Charities and Not for Profits would be highly regarded




Proven business developmentexperience in growing new and existing clients
Strong commercial acumen
Excellentverbal and writtencommunicationskills
Proven ability to multitask and thrive in working in a fast pacedenvironment
Exceptional time management
