Beck Law is Family Law, Criminal and Domestic Violence Firm located in Surfers Paradise. We take pride in our mission to ensure fathers get a fair go within the Family Court and are looking for someone who supports our values.
We require a well presented, energetic and organised receptionist to join our friendly tight-knit team.
You will be the first person clients speak to and meet with. The majority of the role is speaking with potential clients and arranging conferences for them, as well as speaking with current clients. Strong communication and people skills would be highly regarded.
We use a wide range of software packages, such as Leap, Outlook, Office 365, and Adobe Acrobat. Experience in these software packages would be an advantage, but not essential.
Position Requirements:




Clear oral and written communication skills
Fast learner
Well presented with a neat and tidy appearance
Time management and organisational skills
Willingness to learn and help the team where needed
Must hold current Drivers Licence - for running errands like post office and bank
Experience within a law firm or similar position would be an advantage but it is not essential.
This is a full time role. Work hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm Friday 8:30am - 1pm
We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
