We are a long-established Caloundra-based manufacturer seeking a Production Team Member to assist with product assembly and other manufacturing tasks as required.
Key responsibilities
Perform product assembly and finishing tasks to a high standard
Prepare plastic parts for the metallising process
Check completed metallised products to ensure a high-quality finish
Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
Follow production procedures, equipment operating instructions and safety requirements
Manage time effectively and plan, organise and monitor the completion of assigned tasks
Assist with other manufacturing and production tasks as required
About you
High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
Ability to work effectively in a physically active and fast-paced environment
Positive planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing requirements




Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment
Ability to follow equipment operating and maintenance procedures
Strong focus on workplace health and safety
Team player, eager to learn a variety of skills and reliable on a day-to-day basis
Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not necessary
We're after someone who is a team player, eager to learn a variety of skills and reliable on a day-to-day basis. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not necessary. The position will be casual initially, with the possibility of full-time employment being offered to the right applicant.
