The Role

Within the civil team, this business works across land development and infrastructure, with a strong and growing pipeline in both.

They're looking for a Senior Civil Engineer who wants true ownership of their projects, from constraints and concept through to modelling, drainage and delivery, rather than being siloed into a single task. Drainage design is the immediate priority, but the role covers the full civil design process including earthworks, roads and pavement design.

A full relocation package is on offer, covering the genuine cost of the move to Perth.

The Responsibilities

- Run civil design projects across land development and infrastructure, from concept through to detailed design and delivery.




- Take the lead on drainage design and stormwater and earthworks modelling, working in 12D.
- Manage project scoping, quoting and costing, with genuine ownership of commercial and client outcomes.
- Liaise directly with clients and collaborate across the wider engineering team.
- Support and mentor designers working on your projects.

The Requirements

This role suits an experienced civil design engineer who's ready to take true ownership of their projects. In return, you'll be able to demonstrate:

- Relevant engineering degree recognised by Engineers Australia
- 7-15 years' experience in civil engineering design, including land development
- Proficiency in 12D
- Experience within an Australian engineering design consultancy
- Considerable exposure to engineering construction processes
- Proven experience in work scoping, quoting, project costing and project management
- A collegiate, team oriented approach with strong commercial awareness
- Full working rights in Australia
