At Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) our purpose is to 'open up the world for those who want to see'. Every day, we give people all around the world the opportunity to experience something amazing – travel!
As a Technical Lead, you will own the technical delivery of a squad, partnering with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure solutions that drive real business outcomes. You'll navigate complex technical challenges, influence architectural direction, and help build a high-performing engineering culture.
Every Flight Centre Corporate booking, whether it’s air, land or sea, ends in the same place: an invoice that has to be right, a payment that has to land, and a ledger that has to balance. Our team is modernizing the finance systems behind all of it. We’re migrating off legacy platforms onto a single operating model, so invoicing and consolidation run on one foundation instead of a patchwork of tools across markets. A consolidated view across every product and region means fewer handoffs, fewer reconciliations and a much smoother experience for the people who rely on these systems daily. Automation takes over the manual steps that slow everyone down. You’ll help shape a platform that’s moving from fragmented and manual to connected and seamless, with real impact on how the business runs.
