IBR Group is working with an engineering consultancy seeking an experienced Façade Engineer / Project Manager to join its Melbourne team.

This opportunity would suit a façade professional who enjoys taking ownership of projects, combining technical design and problem-solving with client engagement and delivery. You will contribute to a varied portfolio of new and existing buildings across Australia, working closely with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

The role
Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing façade design and performance requirements from initial design through construction, installation and handover
- Undertaking façade inspections on new and existing buildings, documenting findings and advising on practical solutions




- Coordinating with architects, consultant design teams, clients, subcontractors and suppliers
- Resolving technical challenges and supporting the successful delivery of façade packages
- Maintaining clear communication across project teams and managing competing priorities

About you
We are looking for someone with:

- Proven experience delivering façade or building envelope projects
- Strong technical knowledge and project management skills
- Confident communication skills and the ability to develop productive working relationships
- A practical approach to problem-solving and a collaborative working style
- Initiative, curiosity and a willingness to continue developing your expertise
