About the Role:

We are seeking a Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our client on a casual basis in Melbourne's western suburbs. This role is predominantly clinic-based, where you will deliver paediatric speech pathology assessments and therapy to NDIS participants, working collaboratively with children, families and the broader support team to achieve meaningful, goal-directed outcomes. You'll have the flexibility of a casual arrangement, ideally starting at 2 days per week, making this a great fit for a clinician looking to top up their caseload, return to practice, or enjoy greater control over their schedule.

- Conduct paediatric speech pathology assessments and develop individualised therapy plans
- Deliver goal-directed therapy in line with NDIS participant plans
- Collaborate with families, carers and a multidisciplinary support team
- Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation

About You:

- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- Experience with paediatric caseloads (NDIS experience highly regarded)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Eligible to work in Australia
