ClearHire is seeking experienced Excavator Operators for ongoing and upcoming civil construction and earthworks projects across Adelaide and South Australia.
We're looking for operators who can hit the ground running and bring solid experience operating:

- Excavators
- Dozers (D4 - D10)
- Graders

Multi-skilled operators with experience across multiple machine types are strongly encouraged to apply.

The Work
You'll be involved in a variety of civil construction and infrastructure projects, including:

- Bulk earthworks
- Cut and fill operations
- Roadworks
- Trenching and site preparation
- Detailed excavation
- Loading and material handling
- Final trim works
- General civil construction activities

Experience using GPS, Trimble, Topcon, Leica, UTS/LPS or other machine-control systems is highly regarded.

What We're Looking For
To be considered, you'll ideally have:

- Proven civil construction or earthworks experience
- Relevant tickets, VOCs or plant competencies
- Construction White Card




- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Robust commitment to safety
- Ability to work within a productive civil crew
- Reliable attitude and good communication skills
