Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, collaborate with medical staff, and contribute to the overall health and well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess patient health status and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and care plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to improve patient outcomes.





Qualifications:

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with Aphra
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- 5 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
