We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join a dynamic real estate team operating across Sydney’s Sutherland Shire.
This is a fast-paced, people-driven role where you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end leasing process, connecting prospective tenants with quality properties, and delivering a seamless inspection and application experience.
About the role
You will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants and play a key role in ensuring high occupancy across a diverse portfolio. Your day-to-day will include conducting inspections, processing applications, liaising with property managers, and supporting marketing initiatives to attract quality renters.
What you’ll be doing
- Conducting open homes and private inspections
- Responding to enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Processing rental applications and reference checks
- Coordinating leasing paperwork and compliance requirements
- Maintaining accurate records in property systems
- Building strong relationships with prospective tenants and internal teams
- Supporting marketing and listing preparation when required
About you
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven setting
- Previous experience in real estate or customer service preferred
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration
- Reliable, proactive, and professional approach
