We're seeking an experienced and dependable Assistant in Nursing (AIN) to join our dedicated team. We're looking for someone who is committed, reliable, and ready to become an integral part of our care team.

About You

You're a caring and compassionate person who genuinely enjoys supporting older people to live with dignity, independence, and quality of life.

You'll bring:

- A passion for working in aged care and supporting the elderly.

- A patient, empathetic, and respectful approach to care.

- Experience, or a willingness to learn, in personal care, mobility support, and daily living assistance.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.

- A keen eye for resident wellbeing and confidence in reporting changes accurately.

- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a busy, team-focused environment.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care by:

- Supporting residents with their daily care needs and wellbeing.

- Assisting with and administering medications in line with policies and procedures.

- Promoting resident comfort, dignity, and independence at all times.

- Contributing to a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for residents and colleagues.

What You'll Need

- Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar role,



preferably within aged care or healthcare.

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent/higher qualification.

- Full Australian working rights.

- Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Clearance.

- Local applicants are highly regarded.
