Myndshift Group is supporting an established business serving the construction sector to appoint an experienced General Manager - Construction & Hire.

This opportunity will suit a commercially focused leader with experience in construction, equipment hire or a related operational business. You will bring a practical leadership style and the ability to deliver results through strong teams, customer relationships and disciplined operations.

The Chance

You will lead business performance across commercial, operational and people priorities. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing P&L; performance, budgets and business planning.
- Building customer relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
- Improving operational efficiency, service delivery and asset utilisation.
- Leading and developing operational teams.
- Maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and accountability.

About You
You will bring:





- Senior leadership experience in construction, equipment hire or a related sector.
- Demonstrated responsibility for financial and operational performance.
- Strong commercial judgement and customer relationship skills.
- Experience managing people, equipment and competing operational priorities.
- A practical, collaborative approach to leadership.
