About the role

Insight Support Group is seeking Support Workers to join our growing team across Albury and Wodonga. You will assist participants in reaching their goals through capacity building with living and independence skills, accessing the community to develop confidence, independence and listening to participants' choice and control in their lives. Shifts are across Albury, Wodonga and surrounds and include weekday, early morning, evening and weekend work.

Key responsibilities

- Assist participants in reaching their goals through capacity building with living and independence skills

- Support participants in accessing the community to develop confidence and independence

- Listen to and respect participants' choice and control in their lives

About you

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (essential)

- Working with Children Check (NSW & VIC) (essential)

- Current National Police Check (essential)

- First Aid & CPR Certificate (essential)

- Flexibility and availability to work different shifts which include outside normal business hours (essential)

- Hold or working towards a minimum of Cert IV in disability or equivalent (essential)

- Driven, empathetic, team player, considerate and reliable
