What You'll Be Doing As a Trade Sales Specialist, you'll play an important role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while driving sales and supporting the success of our Five Dock store.

- Drive Sales: Engage with customers, identify their needs and recommend the right tools, equipment and accessories.
- Become a Product Expert: Build your knowledge of power tools, hand tools and trade equipment to confidently advise customers.
- Deliver Great Service: Build lasting relationships with tradies, contractors, businesses and DIY customers.
- Achieve Results: Work towards individual and team sales targets while identifying opportunities to maximise sales.
- Support Store Operations: Process transactions, manage customer enquiries and maintain skilled,



well-presented displays.
- Be Part of the Team: Collaborate with your colleagues to create a positive and successful store environment.

This position requires availability to work one weekend day each week.What We're Looking For We're interested in people who bring the right attitude, motivation and willingness to succeed.

You'll stand out if you have:

- Retail Sales Experience: A background in retail, customer service or sales, with the confidence to engage customers and achieve results.
- Trade or Tool Knowledge: Experience in construction, building, electrical, plumbing, automotive or other hands-on trades will be highly regarded.
- A Sales-Driven Mindset: A passion for delivering results, achieving targets and creating great customer experiences.
- Strong Communication Skills: The ability to build rapport, understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Team Spirit: A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to contribute to a successful team.
- Basic Computer Skills: Confidence using point-of-sale systems and everyday computer applications.
