Bimbadgen is looking for energetic, people-focused Casual Food & Beverage Attendants to join our hospitality team across the Estate. Opportunities are available within our Palmers Lane Weddings & Events team, award-winning Esca Restaurant, Wood Fire Pizzeria and Cellar Door.

With a mix of morning, day, evening, weekday and weekend shifts, this is a flexible opportunity to build your hospitality experience in one of the Hunter Valley’s most iconic destinations. You’ll receive practical training, consistent casual hours and the support to grow your career across Bimbadgen.

What You’ll Do

- Deliver warm, attentive service across restaurant, cellar door, pizzeria, wedding and event settings
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and confidently respond to guest enquiries
- Support venue set-up, pack-down and presentation for daily service and special events
- Follow responsible service, food safety and workplace health and safety requirements
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to keep service running smoothly
- Create memorable guest experiences that reflect Bimbadgen’s premium hospitality standards

What You’ll Bring

- Food and beverage,



hospitality or customer service experience is welcomed, but not essential
- A genuine willingness to learn and a positive, can-do approach
- A current NSW RSA Competency Card, or willingness to obtain one before commencing
- An interest in food, wine, tourism and creating memorable guest experiences
- Strong personal presentation and clear communication skills
- A reliable, team-focused approach and availability across a range of shifts
