Teranova Ceramics is seeking a warm, professional Retail Showroom Assistant to join our boutique Willoughby showroom. We work closely with interior designers, architects, builders, and homeowners to bring high-end spaces to life through beautiful tiles and stone surfaces.

About the Role

- Guide clients through tile and stone selections for residential and commercial projects

- Provide advice on finishes, colours, and material combinations

- Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage client follow-ups

- Maintaining premium showroom presentation and sample displays

- Assisting with general admin and stock coordination as needed

- Build strong relationships with both trade and retail clients

- Gain the experience and join the team overseas on buying trips

- Working independently when required, including opening and closing the showroom

You’ll be trusted to manage client enquiries confidently, guide product selections, and take ownership of the showroom experience day to day.



You’ll work alongside an experienced sales team, operating at the same professional level, with solid autonomy and accountability.

About You

- Confident communicator with strong people skills

- Interest or experience in interiors, design, or architecture preferred

- Well, presented, organised, and detail-oriented

- Previous retail or showroom sales experience is an advantage

- Comfortable working independently and within a small, close-knit team
