The Registrations team are responsible for processing vehicle registrations, renewals and general vehicle admin.

Day to day you will be focused on:

- Ensuring all registration documentation from our Sales Departments is accurate

- Organising payment of all registrations and processing renewals daily

- Liaising with Service NSW for the registrations of vehicles and maintaining a positive relationship on behalf of Sydney City Toyota and Lexus

- Data entry and ensuring our system is up to date and correct

- Working cooperatively with Department Managers & Sales staff

Requirements of this position include:

- Robust attention to detail and time management





- Reliable with a good work ethic

- Australian drivers licence is needed as you will need to drive a company car to Service NSW on occasions

- Experience with Microsoft/Outlook package

- Problem solving ability and able to cope under pressure during busy periods

- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and have a flexible approach
